It’s World Mental Health day and meditation and breathwork have a huge part to play in keeping my mind healthy 🧠
Starting from Monday 21st October, I’m going to be offering community (by donation), online meditation and breathwork sessions weekly on a Monday morning, to help calm the mind before the week ahead. I’d like these tools to be accessible to everyone.
These will last around 15-20 minutes and time will be before 9am… exact time TBC so let me know what suits.
