BREATHWORK

I'm a Yoga Alliance Certified Breathwork Coach and I teach not only different breathwork techniques but also the science of breathing and breathwork. I teach breathwork both in group settings in classes or at different events, as well as running a 1:1 online Breathwork Course.

WHAT DOES MY 1:1 BREATHWORK COURSE INVOLVE?

I run a 1:1 four week programme consisting of one session per week that will:

Test your current breathing & show you how you can re-test at home

Teach you several different breathing techniques to provide the benefits listed above, as well as when and how often to use these

Help you understand the science behind breathwork as well as how breathwork impacts your nervous system and heart health

Give you tips on small changes you can make to breathe well
