I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Breath Body Earth in 2023. Teaching yoga feels deeply aligned with my purpose... it's such a joy to share movement, mindfulness and moments of presence with others. My approach to yoga goes beyond the physical. While I value the practice for its strength and flexibility benefits, I also lean on yoga as a tool to quiet the mind. In my classes, I weave together mindful movement, meditation and breathwork to create a holistic experience that supports the whole self... mind, body, and soul.

Yin yoga is a slow, grounding practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body through long-held, passive poses. Blending gentle breathwork, meditation, and soothing music, Yin Yoga offers a restorative experience that nurtures the body, calms the mind, and reconnects you with your inner stillness.

7PM - DYNAMIC YOGA @ WELLBEING CENTRE (starting Nov)
A dynamic vinyasa flow class that builds strength, enhances flexibility, and calms the mind. Expect breath-led movement, energizing sequences to build heat, alongside grounding stretches to improve flexibility... all with a curated soundtrack to help you drop into flow.

A calming, gentle flow with intentional movement, mindful breathing and longer-held postures to relax the body and calm the mind. Ideal for all levels seeking a slower pace and deeper release.

6:15PM - DYNAMIC INFRARED YOGA @ THE STUDIO ON BURTON ROAD
A strong and warm vinyasa flow class designed to build heat, stamina and focus. Expect dynamic sequences in a heated room with powerful movement, balanced by grounding stretches to support mobility. Set to a curated soundscape to help you drop into a deeper flow state.
