I started journalling over a year ago and I’ve found it to be one of the most helpful tools for self regulation and self discovery, as well as allowing creativity and intuition to flow.

Each morning I write 3 or 4 pages, whatever comes to my mind/pen in the moment, just a stream of consciousness. Sometimes I’ll write about my dreams, often both worries that are on my mind as well as the parts of my life I’m grateful for, usually nothing and everything all at once. If I have something I’m pondering, I’ll also journal about that particular topic and inspiration flows through me as I write. I find when I start writing about my dreams, more and more details come back to me, which I love.

Benefits of journalling:

✨ Sparks creativity

✨ Encourages awareness

✨ Regulates emotions

✨ Reduces anxiety

✨ Inspires self discovery
