A few recent dips ❄️
I absolutely love a little cold water swim. Research shows this well-loved self care ritual has heaps of both physical and mental benefits…from improving mood, reducing pain & inflammation, boosting immunity & increasing circulation and therefore improving skin health. It increases the amount of brown fats in the body, which is like our body’s personal radiator, allowing us to become better adapted to the cold as well as burning more calories, so it’s also great for maintaining a healthy weight.
