BREAK FREE OF BREAK OUTS

If, like me, you've been poorly or run down, you're stressed, or maybe you're just tired/hungover from Christmas fun (jealous!) & your skin is suffering with break outs, then here's a few tips for getting it back on track:

Try using a gentle BHA exfoliant to decongest pores & manage oil flow (my favourite is Paula's Choice)
Hydration is key! Apply a hydrating serum morning and night to keep moisture in the skin, without clogging (try Vichy HA serum). And of course... drink more water!
Use spot patches to aid healing and to stop any picking tendencies (I am the worst for this!)... COSRX have some good ones.
Get as much sleep or rest as possible & take time out to un-wind... I've been doing a lot of drawing while isolating and it's really helped me de-stress
I swear by CBD Oil for anxiety
Eat your antioxidants & omegas
Remember it's ok to have spots... you are glorious!
