BREAK FREE OF BREAK OUTS

If, like me, you've been poorly or run down, you're stressed, or maybe you're just tired/hungover from Christmas fun (jealous!) & your skin is suffering with break outs, then here's a few tips for getting it back on track:

  • Try using a gentle BHA exfoliant to decongest pores & manage oil flow (my favourite is Paula's Choice)

  • Hydration is key! Apply a hydrating serum morning and night to keep moisture in the skin, without clogging (try Vichy HA serum). And of course... drink more water!

  • Use spot patches to aid healing and to stop any picking tendencies (I am the worst for this!)... COSRX have some good ones.

  • Get as much sleep or rest as possible & take time out to un-wind... I've been doing a lot of drawing while isolating and it's really helped me de-stress

  • I swear by CBD Oil for anxiety

  • Eat your antioxidants & omegas

  • Remember it's ok to have spots... you are glorious!
